Being a Northwest native, I feel incredibly lucky to be selling real estate in Paradise! We live in an area surrounded by incredible natural beauty. Giving back to this wonderful community is especially important to me and my family. As a mom of two boys, I was actively involved in volunteering throughout the years at their school, sports, and Scouting events. I am proud of Windermere's constant accomplishments and contributions to the community. I truly believe that by getting involved, we all possess the power to create the communities we want.

Education:

I have a degree in Education from Western Washington University. I believe my training and experience as a teacher has had a powerful impact upon my success as a Realtor.  Each requires clear communication and the ability to impart knowledge and information in a concise and understandable way. 

As a Realtor, I have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, which entails working with the unique needs of senior citizens in our community, something I thoroughly enjoy! I have also earned the Luxury Marketing Specialist designation, which led to my nomination into Windermere's Premier Associate program, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Premier Director, a multi-year commitment.   

I believe that success in any field is directly related to ongoing experience and the intentional growth of knowledge. My commitment to myself and my clients is the same - to consistantly provide excellent service throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home.

Background

Lise Gardner has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Washington since 1978 and has been affiliated with Windermere Real Estate since 1980.She has been associated with the Edmonds office of Windermere since 1995. Lise Obtained her Brokers designation in 1980. A multiple "Five Star - Best in Client Satisfation Real Estate Agent" winner, being recognized from the inception of the program.

Specialiization

Lise specializes in residential sales and marketing in the northwest are of Seattle, including Woodway, Edmonds, Richmond Beach, Innis Arden, Broadview, Shilshole, and Ballard. She is experienced in new construction, as well as resale, and has been involved in the marketing and sales of every type of property from condominums to waterfront estates. Lise enjoys working with first time Buyers and Sellers as well as those who are purchasing a retirement or vacation home. Her experience with fluctuating market cycles has brought her a level of expertise beneficial in today's market climate.
